 Dmitriy is originally from Ukraine, where he started dancing at the age of 8, and teaching at the age of 16. In 2007, he became a member of the International Dance Sport Federation (IDSF) and in 2009, a judge for the Ukrainian Federation of Ballroom DanceSport. Dmitriy is an accredited champion and finalist of many national and international competitions in Latin and European programs.In 2011 Dmitriy became a champion of “Sea Fantasy-2011”, a European based International competition and was acclaimed as the best of six final couples. Dmitriy has represented Ukraine and claimed victory’s at numerous European and World championships. He is now the co-owner and a dance instructor at the World-of-Dance Bloomington and DYVO Dancing Carmel.
